Ginger Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 Canadian Pork Loin Chops, boneless, about

1/2″/1.25 cm thick, well trimmed

2 tbsp (25 ml) all purpose flour

1 tsp (5 ml) butter

3/4 cup (175 ml) chicken broth

2 tsp (10 ml) minced fresh ginger

2 tsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard

2 tsp (10 ml) grainy mustard

4 green onions, minced

Directions

Dredge chops lightly with flour. In a non-stick skillet over

medium-high
